Message	Removing the ac stuff from the engine bay will not effect how the blend motors function. I removed mine 10 years ago (now I regret it) and the functions inside the cabin are the same with the heat only. I'd suspect the plastic gears are broken. There was a post a while back with instructions to 3D print them. Sorry that's all I got.
